A Christmas Miracle: The King Who Meets Us In The Dark

Life often feels like tangled Christmas lights - messy and broken despite our best efforts. In Matthew 9, two blind men demonstrate how to respond to life's darkness by crying out to Jesus with desperate faith, calling him 'Son of David' and asking for mercy. Jesus tested their faith by making them follow him, then asked if they truly believed he could heal them. When they affirmed their faith, he restored their sight. Just as these men couldn't fix their blindness, we can't untangle our spiritual darkness alone. We need Jesus, the light of the world, to illuminate our lives and transform our brokenness into wholeness.
